Plans

This page is for whoever looks after your organisation’s Keliplay account. Your plan decides which games and features your organisation can use, and how much of some things it can have. The plan’s name is shown under Your plan in the sidebar.

A feature is either part of your plan or not.

Feature What it gives you Without it
Games Each game in the catalogue is included separately. Only games in your plan appear when you create a campaign.
Media library Uploading, folders and deleting files. See Media library. You cannot upload files.
Import from URL Adding a file to the library by pasting its web address. Upload files from your device instead.
Webhooks Sending events to your own systems. See Webhooks. You cannot add endpoints.
Custom branding Your colours, logo, background and font in the games. See Branding. Games use the default look.
Custom copy Your own wording in the games. See Copy & Translations. Games use the default wording.
Draw verification Checking a completed draw against its record. Draws still run and are recorded.
API keys Creating keys for your backend. See API keys. You cannot create keys.
Custom roles Creating roles beyond Owner, Admin and Member. See Roles. You can still edit and assign the built-in roles.
Rewards Coupons at the end of a game. See Rewards. The Reward tab says Rewards are not part of your plan.
Pre-game page Your own page before the Play button. See Pre-game page. Players get a Play button on your colours.

If you lose a feature, what you set up is kept. For example, a pre-game page you built comes back if the feature is added again.

A limit is a number. Your plan may set any of these:

Limit What is counted
Live campaigns Campaigns active at the same time, across all channels.
Channels Channels in your organisation.
Members People in your organisation.
API keys Keys that have not been revoked.
Players per month Different people who played in a calendar month.
Plays per month Plays started in a calendar month.
Storage Total size of the files in your media library.
Webhook endpoints Endpoints you have added.
Coupon codes Reward codes stored, across all campaigns.

When you try to add something your plan has no room for, the dashboard shows a dialog instead of an error:

  • You’ve used all your … tells you how many your plan includes and how many are in use. Under What you can do it suggests two ways to make room: free one up, for example by deleting a channel you no longer embed or revoking a key you no longer use, or ask for a larger plan.
  • Your plan doesn’t include … yet means the feature is not part of your plan at all. Under How to get them it tells you who to ask.

Choose Got it to close the dialog.

Things you already have keep working. For example, reaching the channel limit stops you creating a new channel. It does not affect the channels you have.

If your organisation reaches its monthly plays or players, new plays are refused until the next month. Players see that the game is not accepting plays right now. The message never mentions your plan.

Ask whoever manages your Keliplay account for a larger plan. They can raise a limit or add a feature straight away.
