Dashboard overview

This page is for marketers and campaign managers who use the Keliplay dashboard. It covers signing in, what the home page tells you, and how to move between organisations.

  1. Open the dashboard and enter your Email and Password.
  2. Choose Sign in.

If you forget your password, choose Forgot password?, enter your email and choose Send reset link. The email contains a link to Choose a new password.

Accounts are created by invitation. You cannot sign up on your own.

  1. Open the invitation link in the email you received.
  2. If you are new, choose Create your account. Use the same email address the invitation was sent to, then confirm your address from the email we send you.
  3. On You’ve been invited, choose Accept invitation. You join the organisation with the role you were invited with.

If you see You are not part of an organisation yet, nobody has invited you yet. Ask an owner of your organisation to invite you from Members.

Choose Dashboard in the sidebar. The home page shows how your campaigns are doing and whether your integration is healthy.

Tile What it shows

Prizes awarded Winners picked across all completed draws.
Webhook success The share of webhook deliveries that succeeded in the last 24 hours. It shows No deliveries in the last 24h if nothing was sent.

A table of your campaigns ordered by number of plays, with each one’s Status. Choose Configure to open a campaign, or Results to go straight to its results. View all opens Channels, where every campaign lives.

The games your plan includes. Choosing a game takes you to your channels, because a campaign is always created inside a channel. See Create a campaign.

The latest people picked by a draw, with the campaign and date. Choose View to open that campaign’s results. Winners appear here once you run a draw, see Prizes and winners.

The latest events sent to your webhook endpoints. View all opens Webhooks.

If you belong to more than one organisation, the dashboard asks you to Choose an organisation after you sign in. To change later, use the organisation menu in the sidebar (Switch organisation) and pick another one. Channels, campaigns, media and settings all belong to one organisation. Your profile stays the same in all of them.

The sidebar shows the name of your organisation’s plan under Your plan. The plan decides which games and features you can use, and limits such as how many channels you can have. See Plans.

The account menu at the foot of the sidebar has Your profile and Sign out. See Your profile.
