Configure the game
This page is for marketers and campaign managers. The Config tab is where you set up the game itself: the wheel’s segments, the quiz questions, the flights, the tiles. What you can set depends on the game, and each game has its own page in the Games section.
Open the Config tab
Section titled “Open the Config tab”Open the campaign from its channel, then choose 1. Config.
The tab has two parts: the settings for this game, and the Player preview beside them. Several games also show a What players will face summary, such as the number of segments and the chance of a win, so you can check your setup before you save.
Use the live preview
Section titled “Use the live preview”The Player preview draws the game as a player will see it, in your campaign’s colours. Unsaved changes appear in it straight away, so you can try things before you commit to them.
- Scenes. Games that have more than one screen show buttons above the preview, such as Choose, Play and Result, or Waiting, Go and Result. Pick one to see that moment of the game.
- Light and dark. The sun and moon buttons switch the preview between the light scheme, which is the embed’s default, and the dark scheme, which players see when the embed is loaded in dark mode. See Embed on the web.
If the game has nothing set up yet, the preview says so, for example “This wheel has no segments configured.”
Choose Save configuration at the foot of the settings. The preview shows unsaved changes, but players only see what you save.
If a setting is not valid, the dashboard says what to fix and nothing is saved.
Settings for each game
Section titled “Settings for each game”See the page for your game in Games for every setting, what it does, and its allowed values.
The colours, logo and font come from the Branding tab rather than from Config, and the words players see from Copy & Translations. See Branding and copy.
