Creates random codes for a prize, up to 1,000 per request, and returns them. Each generated code can be given out once unless you set issueLimit.

Permission: rewards.codes.manage. Plan feature: Rewards. Plan limit: stored coupon codes. Rate limit: 10 requests per minute.
